"Clear, intentional, and reachable goals help you stay focused, motivated, and accountable. Celebrate your progress, and be willing to adjust your goals as needed," she advises.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is setting goals based on societal expectations rather than their personal aspirations.

"When you base your goals on what society expects, you create unnecessary pressure, which can be emotionally and mentally draining. Instead, define what success means to you and accept the sacrifices that come with it," Zipporah notes.
