Seated at the heart of Nakuru’s Central Business District (CBD) is Taidy’s suite, a luxurious modern hotel. You can see the eight-floored hotel from a distance with its unique architectural design having a blend of maroon brick blocks, tall glass views, and the ‘Taidy’s suite’ name etched at the top of the hotel.

As you enter the hotel you are met by a beautiful and colourful restaurant with cool Jazz music playing.

The beauty of the hotel is seen in its beautiful chandeliers, exquisite seats, and the excellent view you get of the town while enjoying your meal or drink.

The hotel has several amenities that you can enjoy while visiting them including their resident’s sports lounge, a rooftop swimming pool, a restaurant, conference halls, and accommodation rooms.

According to the acting hotel manager, John Kiarie, Taidy’s has been in operation for four years after a change of management.

“We renovated the place from a club to a modern hotel offering restaurant, conferencing, and entertainment services,” he said.

The hotel has standard suites, a Deluxe suite and an executive suite all ranging between Ksh 5, 800 to Ksh 18,000 based on bed & breakfast, half board, and full board basis.

“Since we are at the centre of a busy town, we have soundproofed our rooms to ensure that our clients enjoy their stay here,” said Mr Kiarie.

The hotel has three conferencing halls with the main hall catering to at least 70 guests at a go.

While visiting the hotel, you cannot miss their automated silo parking lot which can pack up to 24 vehicles in the building.

“Our clients can enjoy our in-house parking system that guarantees the safety of their cars as they have a stay with us,” Mr Kiarie added.
