The feel and touch of Prinsloo is always big and yesterday was no different with the best of the best going toe to toe.

If you thought Nakuru RFC was going to go slow on this, you are wrong. Just as always, they made Prinsloo exceptionally good that fans couldn't keep away.

As we approached the Nakuru Athletics Club grounds, I spotted a number of National youth service and police officers.

This guaranteed fans of a safe space to enjoy the matches while having sideshows on the side.

Everyone who attended day one of the third Leg of the national sevens circuit had a dozen ways to stay entertained.

Talk of amapiano folks dropping their best moves forth, as they danced their soul out to the great music played at the grounds.

Food joints were also in plenty. There was an overflow of venders ready to serve their customers with different delicacies from kienyeji, yummy nyama choma , tumbukiza to tasty fries and more.

Dog lovers were not left out either, seemingly there were many, as a number of cute dogs were being pet by fans who wanted to get pictures with them.

Moving on to the matches, NAC doors opened as early as 8 a.m. A match between the Menengai Oilers and Nakuru RFC went down to kick off the tournament.

When it came to showcasing the various outfit trends, the fans did not disappoint with various designer shoes and clothing from both genders.

The ladies in particular understood the assignment.

The pool matches went on well till mother nature decided to join the party by unleashing a heavy down pour that saw the fans cheering the sportsmen in the rain.

The match between KCB and Kenya Harlequins was the highlight of the day, after Harlequin thrashed KCB in pool C.

The after Party was nothing but perfection. From the line-up of artists and the Dj on the deck for the night. Whoever did not quench their thirst for dancing and good music during the day got an overdose of both in the after-party.

Evidently this year's Prinsloo checked the expectations of many. There was execution of good play by division one and the ladies’ semi- finals.

As we get into the semis and finals today, the action is expected to be more epic as the action builds up.
